Analytics

We use PostHog to understand which pages are helpful and where visitors run into problems. Before you accept analytics cookies, or if you decline, page analytics stay cookieless and are not linked to your account name.

If you accept, we can remember visits, measure clicks, and use recordings of public pages with text and form entries masked. Private client and partner pages are excluded from page tracking and recordings.

For signed-in admins and clients who accept analytics, we attach an account name and account type. Browsers that have never signed in are marked as guests. After you sign in, this browser keeps its returning-user status after sign-out. Clearing this site's browser storage removes that browser preference.

Sharing information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only when needed to provide services, operate our website, comply with the law, or protect our business.

Third-party tools

Free audits and estimates

When you request a free website audit or estimated quote, we use the website address and your answers to prepare the result, and your email address to deliver it. We may receive a copy so we can respond to your request. These tools also use spam protection and request limits to prevent misuse. Automated public audit results are not added to our website-audit history or published as public scorecards.

Data retention

We keep contact and project information only as long as reasonably needed for business, support, legal, or record-keeping purposes.
